Robert Falconer is a researcher at the University of Calgary School of Public Policy – Social Policy and Health Research Division, specializing in immigration and refugee related issues, with an interest in poverty and housing. Robert holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Calgary, where he completed a capstone research project surveying the refugee housing affordability in Calgary, and offering recommendations to improve affordability. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto in Anthropology. Previous to his current work, Robert was a frontline worker at Calgary Catholic Immigration Society, a non-profit focused on the settlement and integration of refugees and immigrants in Calgary.
