Rachelle Drummond
Research Assistant
Rachelle joined the Simpson Centre in 2021, beginning her work by researching the impacts of the 2021 British Columbia floods on the Canadian supply chain. She holds a B.A. with a double major in Psychology and Political Science from MacEwan University and is a Master of Public Policy candidate for 2022 at the University of Calgary School of Public Policy. Her primary research interests include both health policy as well as the role of advocacy and stakeholder engagement in agricultural policy development. Her current project has her research focused on pushing for active civic and industry stakeholder engagement, and transparency in agriculture-related policy development and implementation.
